On October 7, 2024, “deafmadden” posted on TheRx alleging that a $1,000 deposit carried a 12-times rollover requirement. After reportedly completing it, the bettor requested $3,000 and said a representative using the name Griffin blocked them on WhatsApp.
Two days later, the user reported a promised resolution and invited moderators to delete the thread. That reassuring update did not last.
On October 30, the bettor alleged that payment never arrived, their balance had reached $4,000, and the representative offered only the original $1,000 deposit back. A November 12 follow-up repeated that allegation. The thread documents an evolving complaint, not verified payment records.
A separate Sportsbook Review thread began on April 18, 2024. User “ahancoverz” alleged losing $50 after BetEmNow refused a payout and locked the account. The poster also claimed representatives pitched BetEmNow as an Alegre sister site. That relationship remains unverified.
Another participant, “cankid,” alleged on November 9 that a PayPal payment was supposedly processing even though nobody had requested their PayPal information. They also reported no withdrawal option on the website. No disputed amount was supplied. The same account renewed its warning in August 2025.
Payment processing without payment details is certainly an ambitious approach to banking—if the account is accurate.
Additional BetEmNow Complaints
On April 18, 2024, “billybobcoverz” posted a warning in Bookmakers Review’s forum, accusing BetEmNow of scamming customers and claiming an Alegre affiliation. The post provides no transaction amount or withdrawal timeline. Its overlap with the SBR allegation means it cannot reliably establish another separate incident.
A Reddit comment dated April 18, 2024 likewise calls BetEmNow a scam, without explaining what happened. It is another warning, not evidence of another identifiable loss.
The defensible conclusion is that multiple accounts have publicly alleged nonpayment or withdrawal problems. My recommendation is to avoid depositing while those concerns remain unresolved. A bonus does not compensate for uncertainty about collecting your balance.
