MatchPay is a trusted app that lets Bovada bettors deposit and withdraw easily via credit swaps with other players using payment services such as Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and Cash App. It’s one of those rare middlemen that doesn’t take a cut, connecting bettors using the most common payment apps that don’t service sportsbooks.
At it’s core, MatchPay (site here: https://help.matchpay.app) is a service for exchanging betting-account credits for money with another person. It connects someone who wants to put money into Bovada.lv with someone who wants to take money out.
Suppose you want to deposit $100, while another player wants to withdraw $100. MatchPay can arrange a trade: you send that player $100 through an agreed payment service, and you receive $100 in account credits. The other player receives money, and you receive credits to deposit.
You don’t need to find that person yourself. MatchPay searches for a trading partner. But you do need to participate in the exchange, which takes more attention than entering a debit-card number.
How to Use Matchpay for Bovada Deposits
In your Bovada account, select Deposit, and choose MatchPay if it appears among your payment options.
The first time, select Join Now to create a separate MatchPay account. You’ll need to verify your email and phone number. Your MatchPay ID is case-sensitive and cannot be changed afterward. Enter that ID where Bovada requests it to link the accounts.
Next, open MatchPay and create an Order. An order means you want to buy credits.
Enter your desired amount—$100, for example—and select the payment services you can use. Bovada lists options including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. MatchPay then looks for someone selling credits who accepts a compatible payment method.
Once matched, follow the instructions inside the trade. You pay the seller using the payment details supplied through MatchPay. The seller confirms receiving your payment, completing the exchange for credits. Those credits fund your Bovada deposit.
Stay with the transaction while it’s underway: MatchPay uses time limits for accepting matches, making payments and confirming receipt.
Before using this method to claim a promotion, read the offer. Bovada says MatchPay deposits are excluded from bonuses unless the bonus description specifically allows them, including welcome and refer-a-friend offers. A successful deposit does not automatically qualify for a bonus.
Bovada Payouts Using MatchPay—and Confirming You’ve Received It
For a withdrawal, you become the seller. In Bovada, select Withdraw, choose MatchPay and enter the requested information. Bovada removes the withdrawal amount from your betting balance for review. Once approved, it becomes available for you to offer through MatchPay.
Create an Offer, meaning you want to sell credits. Enter the amount and select how you can receive payment. MatchPay searches for a buyer.
Suppose you’re selling $200 and agree to receive it through Venmo. The buyer sends you $200. Open Venmo yourself and check that the payment has arrived and is available before confirming receipt in MatchPay. Don’t confirm merely because the buyer says they sent it. MatchPay specifically warns against confirming payments that remain pending.
Keep communication inside the trade chat. If someone asks you to use different payment details or switch methods after matching, MatchPay instructs you to cancel.
If you have already paid, or something goes wrong, select Report a Problem. MatchPay support receives the trade details and conversation for investigation. Bovada gives an approximate 48-hour resolution timeframe.
