Jazzsport’s Racebook is equally impressive in what it brings to the table. It offers real-time wagering on over 90 tracks world-wide, with odds up to 300-1. High rollers will appreciate the fact that they can bet up to $5,000 on Jazzsports. However, those with somewhat smaller bankrolls can stay in the action as well with minimum bets online starting as low as $10 ($20 by phone).

Jazz Sports Bonuses & Incentives:
What Jazzsports offers in the way of bonuses and incentives is pretty much industry standard. All bonus plans require a minimum $100 deposit – no surprise there. Deposit fees are paid on $300 or more, with a maximum fee payout of $250 for each deposit. Also, the maximum bonus paid per 7-day period is limited to $500. Finally, referral bonuses are calculated at 10% of match play of referred player deposits, up to $500.

You won your bet, and the next question is, "Hey, when do I get paid?" The answer is, probably not as fast as you’d like on Jazzsports. Jazzsports limits payouts per customer account to one per 7-day period, and only on Monday-Friday. If you elect to be paid via Western Union or Moneygram, you can get a same-day payout (again, not on the weekend or more than once in 7 days), but you’ll pay the charges. Cashier’s check? Sure, but again you pay the fees, and delivery can take up to 10 days.

JazzSports Account Setup & Transfer Procedures:
Once you fill out the online forms you can deposit money via Moneygram, Western Union, DPT transfer, bank wire – and if you have an existing account at one of their casinos, you can transfer funds from that location as well. Once the deposit is confirmed, wagering may begin immediately. Unlike many online venues, however, Jazzsports does not allow you to deposit funds directly from a credit or debit card. Yes, you can use your card to finance the deposit through Moneygram or Western Union, but this can be an inconvenience for the bettor. And unlike direct funding from a card, there are fees involved.

Wrap-Up:
Jazzsports has a good deal to recommend it, but a few drawbacks as well. On the plus side, new account service by phone is efficient and friendly. Questions are answered promptly and in clear, understandable English. On the flip side, the online chat help line was operational, but no one was there to answer our questions, which were then automatically forwarded to Jazzsport’s email address. The company states plainly that email correspondence can take up to 48 hours to answer. Way too long in our opinion. However, as long as qualified sales and support staff are there to answer the phones, it shouldn’t be much of an issue. Jazzsport’s decision not to allow credit/debit cards to directly fund accounts is a negative and could be a turn off for some bettors. The company rightly points out that cards can be used to send funds via Moneygram or Western Union, but then the bettor is faced with paying those fees. Jazzsports.com is an easy-to-navigate and easy to understand website. It’s clearly marked, making it a snap to get from one place to another. Also, every feature of the site’s instructions, rules and wagering venues are plainly marked, and simple to use. This is a very user-friendly designed site. Lots of ways to wager, friendly staff, good bonus programs and an easily navigable site make Jazzsports.com worth looking into.
